Vehicle Makes:
All of the vehicles makes below can be programmed with ETG‘s (ECU Tuning Group) latest software through the OBD-II (On-Board Diagnostic System) Port onsite — at your home or office, or by Bench Flashing (remove and ship the ECU to us). Alternately, most vehicles can be upgraded with a piggyback Performance Module.

How Does It Work?
Using a laptop and proprietary hardware, we can upload new software through the OBD-II Port. When we Bench Flash an ECU, the vehicle’s ECU/ECM is shipped to us, and we perform the flash in our workshop. The Performance Module is essentially a secondary ECU, with a processor that allows us to program your specific model/motor’s fuel, timing, boost, and more.
ETG has the ability to make many more adjustments to engine parameters and performance with the OBD-II software upload or Bench Flash. Generally speaking, this is the way to go! More power, more performance. But if you are servicing the vehicle at a Dealership, especially BMW, you may want to ask how often the car’s computer will be reprogrammed.
The Performance Module is a stand-alone unit. While the Horsepower and Torque figures are typically a little lower, the upgrade is not subject to Dealer reprogramming. The Performance Module can be moved to other vehicles, whereas the OBD-II or Bench Flash “tune” is tied to one vehicle/VIN only, and remains with that vehicle.
Regardless of the format, we can put your vehicle back to stock at any time. The Performance Module is the quickest and easiest solution when going back to stock, but if you have an ECU Flash, we offer 2 complimentary re-flashes if/when you Dealer reprograms the ECU/ECM/DME.
