Aston Martin models from MY 2005-onward can only be programmed via OBD-II. However, the latest new Aston Martin vehicles have a Bosch MED 17 ECU, which can be programmed via OBD-II or via Bench Flash. The Bench Flashing is done by plugging our hardware into the ECU, which is connected to a Laptop to upload the new program (i.e., there is no need to open the ECU).
